IT Support Engineer

Position Summary

The IT Support Engineer will provide end user IT support for all NextNav users in India. This will include Helpdesk, IT Assets and Networking support.

 Position Responsibilities:

·         Provide end user IT support for India users

·         Manage onboard/offboard users on Microsoft Active directory environment

·         Troubleshoot end user support requests on Windows, Linux and Mac OS.

·         Troubleshoot laptop/PC hardware and software issues

·         Manage users/groups on O365, Teams, SharePoint cloud apps.

·         Manage users on Atlassian clouds apps Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket

·         Manage users on GotoConnect(Jive) cloud phone system

Required Skills & Experience Required:

·         Computer Information Systems or IT related Degree

·         IT Certifications like MCSA/CompTIA A+

·         A minimum of 3 years of experience on IT support

·         Strong knowledge on Linux, Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.

·         Basic understanding of Networking protocols


·         Experience supporting users remotely

·         Experience with Windows 10/11 desktop OS

·         Experience with Mac OS versions

·         Experience with Dell and Mac laptop troubleshooting

·         Experience with add/remove users on O365, Teams and SharePoint cloud as well troubleshooting

·         Experience with add/remove users on Atlassian cloud apps Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket.

·         Experience install/configuring various software applications on end user laptops.
