Undergrad TDP Database Software Engineering Intern (Summer 2022)

As an Intern at New Relic, you will join our Product team for a full-time, paid internship opportunity beginning in either May or June and spend 10-12 weeks working as a valued member of our engineering team.
What You’ll Do
As a Software Engineering Intern, you provide our customers with real-time insights, so they can innovate faster! You will work with a team that is building a brand-new set of product components for New Relic’s customers. This involves creating high-throughput backend services and flexible, easy-to-use front-end components.
This is a chance to work on a team that values both collaboration and individual focus to solve difficult engineering problems. We support each other to do our best work through positive communication and continuous improvement.
- Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited university
- Completed at least two years of an undergraduate program
- Returning to your degree program after the internship
- Have experience working in Postgres, MySQL, Python, AWS, and/or Azure
- Driven to learn new technologies
- Degree focus in Computer Science preferred
- Participation in university clubs
- Examples - SWE, WiCS, SHPE, NSBE, Hacker teams, and any others focusing on the professional development of your computer science skills
- Leadership experience in clubs or on projects
- Exposure to mob coding
