Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team! This team works on revenue modeling, consumption reporting, and related analysis in an ever-evolving SAAS company. In this role, you will assist in compiling, analyzing, reporting, and presenting key metrics to key internal customers at New Relic. You will have the opportunity to use a number of different systems such as Zuora, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau. This role has high visibility to senior management and is phenomenal for someone who is an excellent teammate and highly motivated.

Opportunity to work from a remote office may be available depending on applicant location.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare Monthly/Quarterly financial reports for internal use by key customers at the company by collecting, analyzing, formatting, and communicating information
  • Assist in providing and tracking Company OKR's
  • Perform ad hoc analysis of Company's key performance indicators for executives
  • Collaborate with Data Analytics to ensure accurate and consistent reporting
  • Opportunity to build and create new processes to improve analytics related to consumption and revenue
  • Apply SQL to extract and analyze large volumes of data

Your Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • 1-3 years of working experience in either accounting or finance
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Highly organized and meticulous, with the ability to deal with large, complex data sets
  • Financial modeling

Nice-to-have:

  • Revenue finance experience
  • Experience at a SAAS company
  • Snowflake or SQL experience
  • Tableau
