At New Relic, we provide our customers with real-time insights, so they can innovate faster. We are looking for multiple hardworking and creative engineers to join our Product Led Growth Team. You’ll play a critical role in helping to build in-product experiences that help customers onboard and use the growing capabilities of the New Relic platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with product managers, designers and user researchers to build first-in-class customer experiences
  • Participate in technical decision making to identify the right solution for the job
  • Build or implement services, as needed, to support the team’s initiatives
  • Serve on the hero rotation responding to requests from support and internal customers
  • Participate as an on-call engineer for experiences and services owned by the team
  • Be a great team member

Your Qualifications


  • You are comfortable planning and leading medium to large features from mockups to production.
  • You have production level experience in a modern object oriented language such as Java, C#, Ruby, Python or Go as well as good understanding of Javascript and working with modern frameworks like React, Angular or Vue (albeit we mostly use Java & React).
  • You can be successful working in small and fast paced teams against reasonable deadlines.
  • You care about writing consistent, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • You are an effective communicator and collaborator.


  • Experience working in an on-call rotation environment
  • If interested in working remotely, prior work experience working effectively, in a remote capacity
