Your Opportunity

New Relic is looking for an extraordinary Senior Technical Recruiter to join and support our Product Engineering recruiting efforts in Barcelona, Spain. We are seeking a candidate who is not only able to source and hire top engineering talent, but a strategic partner who can collaborate with hiring managers to build talent strategy.

What You’ll Do

You will have a keen focus on leading end to end recruiting processes across different teams and organizations, working closely with business partners.

You will take full responsibility for building pipelines of candidates (e.g. sourcing, networking, internet research, events & conferences), creating great candidate's experience and being a trustful advisor for business.

You will work within friendly, encouraging and fast-paced environment.

You will have autonomy to make decisions and owning your recruiting processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Confirmed experience as a full-life cycle recruiter with validated skills in Technical Recruiting and Talent Sourcing.
  • Experience handling and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
  • Expertise in Recruiting for SaaS Software Engineering or Product Engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing recruiting sourcing strategies and actively building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates.
  • A data-mindset to problem-solving and an extensive knowledge of recruiting strategies and programs.
  • Dedication to creating a stellar candidate experience for every candidate, every time.
