New Relic is the first to market with a comprehensive observability solution for the MLOps space. We collaborate with partners, cloud providers and other solutions to help companies bring their ML modules into production and keep them healthy.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our fast growing Team. Opportunity to work from a remote office may be available depending on applicant location (EU Time zone is preferable).

Join us to play a meaningful part in building a technologically challenging and outstanding product that will be an integral part of the New Relic product suite.

What You’ll Do

Lead the MLOps product with a team of very technical data scientists and engineers

Be a developer's advocate. Write hands on examples, document and educate the market to drive adoption through product-led-growth

Collaborate with cloud providers and partners to build a MLOps eco-system to amplify the strength of the platform

In collaboration with the group GM and product team, you will define a detailed, rolling product roadmap based on the product strategy

Lead the business during the full product lifecycle – from requirements definition, to delivery, to end of life – collaborating with other teams across the company, including Engineering, UX, Ops, Support, and Marketing and Sales counterparts

Your Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Hands-on background in engineering, research or product management
  • Expertise with Python and Machine Learning frameworks
  • Familiarity with application instrumentation and monitoring practices
  • Experience as a data scientist or data engineer

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiar with the MLOps space - [big advantage]
  • Experience with managing software development cycles implementing agile methodologies
  • Can demonstrate and articulate past product decisions, product architecture and conflict management examples.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or an equivalent
