Your Opportunity

The Senior Manager of Product Strategy & Operations will drive programs and processes to support scale and growth with a focus on building relationships with the Sales and Customer Adoption teams.

We’re seeking people with a combination of program management, consulting and operations experience. You are capable of driving strategic discussions and decisions and yet able to roll-up your sleeves and work through tactical block and tackle execution issues. You must show strong people and relationship skills and a bias towards systems and structure and clear communication. You will have an eye for detail and quality in execution, with an intuition for making the right tradeoffs, even when circumstances require violating principles they helped establish as a norm or framework for the team.

Opportunity to work from a remote office may be available depending on applicant location.

What You’ll Do

  • Help scale and grow the organization, supporting Product-led growth and GTM teams
  • Manage the processes that connect Product and GTM, such as feature requests and issues; including process updates, reporting and running intake and escalation meetings
  • Establish the right amount of process to drive efficiency, alignment, and continuity in a rapidly evolving environment
  • Project manage cross-product and cross-functional initiatives

Your Qualifications

Must-have:
  • 7+ years of program management or operations experience, with the ability to multi-task and lead multiple projects concurrently
  • Structured thinker with strong problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to connect the dots across initiatives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships
  • Ability to partner with credibility with both engineering and product
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, self-managed
Nice-to-have:
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and development trade-offs
  • Demonstrated customer centricity, keeping the customer experience central to decision making
  • Strong ability to align business strategy with business process. Experience driving initiatives to refine and improve business processes
