Are you a high-energy, passionate Executive Assistant, looking for a values-based company with authentic executives and a fast-paced, collaborative environment? New Relic is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Group Vice President, Global Alliances and Channels.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel, expense, and calendar administration
  • Proactively identify key priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Assist with internal and external executive events, scheduling, and execution
  • Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and other business correspondence
  • Arrange team events, including on/offsite meetings, special events, and departmental functions, including the preparation of materials, logistics, and catering requirements (Adhering to COVID Regulations/Restrictions)
  • Support team efficiency by collecting, preparing and distributing information for use in discussions/meetings
  • Use discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Assist on special projects as requested

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of Executive Assistant work experience, with evidence of growing responsibility in undertaking C-level administrative support in a fast-moving environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as extremely strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with different personalities and communication styles. Exhibits perseverance under pressure.
  • Proven track record of approaching changing priorities with a positive attitude and solution orientation
  • Outstanding technology skills including Mac, G-Suite and video conferencing software
  • Experience planning and advising projects with varying scope and business impact
