Your Opportunity

We're seeking a product marketer to drive the go-to-market strategy for our AIOps products and to work across the organization to shape market perception and grow customer adoption exponentially. AIOps is a rapidly growing, emerging market for New Relic, and we need an experienced PMM to lead the positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution for New Relic's AIOps capabilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our core audiences: developers, SREs, and IT Operations, as well as economic buyers and decision-makers
  • Plan and run product launches, and drive GTM strategy for AIOps capabilities in New Relic One
  • Empower our sales and customer-facing teams with the playbooks, messaging, tools, and training they need to confidently describe our POV on AIOps and get customers excited
  • Translate complex technical topics into messaging and content that creates clarity and interest
  • Partner with marketing to build engaging content such as blog posts, eBooks, presentations, workshops, and webinars
  • Collaborate with product management to harness customer insights and help inform market requirements
  • Perform market research and analysis to improve New Relic's understanding of AIOps trends
  • Increase product usage and adoption, in close partnership with the marketing, developer relations, sales, and customer success teams

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years in product marketing, product management, or sales engineering at a high-growth B2B software company
  • Proven ability to effectively position B2B products for growth in the market, appealing to technical users and economic decision-makers
  • Experience in the AIOps, observability, monitoring, DevOps, or other software delivery spaces preferred
  • Expertise in writing differentiated, provocative, and compelling marketing content for developers, SREs, and IT Operations
  • Superior communication, presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at influencing peers and managers, and building consensus in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset, positive attitude, and authentic curiosity to learn new things!
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
