We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our extraordinary Mid-Market Sales organization. You will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales staff, implementing sales plans, developing new business, and expanding existing business.

What You'll Do

Your Qualifications


  • 3+ years experience leading teams in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Managed technology sales teams, preferably ones that sold software (you could make our hearts sing if you sold SaaS!)
  • Demonstrated and substantial sales achievements
  • A passion for coaching and developing
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Are comfortable and excited about working Central and Eastern time zones (morning hours)
  • Inside sales experience with limited travel requirements (<15%)
  • BS/BA


  • Technical background, with basic understanding of infrastructures and SaaS industry in general;
  • Have experience of SFDC and able to manage a variety of software business tools, including PowerPoint, WebEx, etc.
