Your Opportunity

Our Product Operations Team is looking for an operations dynamo to drive change and play a pivotal role in the refinement and execution of our software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate exhibits strong executive presence, drives decision making, and has proven expertise in process and program management. Strong communication and facilitation skills are also highly desired.

In this role, you will work closely with product & engineering leaders to capture requirements, establish processes, and implement new solutions & systems to ensure that the correct structure, support and communications are in place so that teams can deliver on company goals.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead successful implementation of cross-functional, high-impact initiatives and programs that enable the company to achieve short and long-term goals
  • Create and implement comprehensive project/program plans and schedules to achieve the desired business outcome
  • Identify issues, risks and dependencies and drive to resolution
  • Establish the right amount of process to drive efficiency, alignment, and continuity in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Ensure business solutions and systems are flexible and scalable to meet the demands of the organization
  • Deliver high-impact, highly visible presentations around the team’s strategy, process, and results to senior-level management at VP and C-level.

Your Qualifications


  • 7+ years successfully leading and delivering highly-visible strategic programs in cross-functional work environments
  • Ability to implement at a strategic level and also roll up the sleeves and do the work; easily able to shift from one to the other
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to implement standard methodologies and generate high-quality business results
  • Demonstrated communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to executives, management, and teams in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a high-growth, dynamic environment


  • Experience in SAAS or technology industry
  • Experience with JIRA/Aha/Jira Align/Confluence
  • Experience in analytics
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA desired)
