We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing Telemetry Data Platform team and help us tackle key data management, security, and compliance challenges.

This opportunity is based in Portland, Oregon, and may be available for work from a remote office depending on applicant location.

What You’ll Do

  • You will collaborate across the organization to guide complex security and compliance projects to completion.
  • You'll be responsible for the security and compliance roadmap within our developer platform group and partner with engineering there to make it easy for other teams to build secure services which stay in sync with internal and external policies and procedures.
  • You'll enable our internal partners in security, finance, sales, and support.
  • You'll understand the needs of enterprise and regulated industry customers, the competitive environment, and industry trends so you can develop business cases for investment and help define our security and compliance strategy, roadmaps, and remediation prioritization.
  • You will utilize your experience with privacy and security standards and regulations like HIPAA, ISO 27001, PCI, GDPR, and FedRAMP.
  • You will quickly establish credibility and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders across information security, privacy, and product.
  • You’ll work collaboratively with design, analytics, security and compliance, and engineering to help build outstanding products.

Your Qualifications

Must-have:

  • 3+ years experience in a security and compliance-related role such as product or program management.
  • Strong background in product management practices, tools, and framework.
  • Senior-level written and verbal communication skills. Ability to influence senior leaders across business units and functions, in order to gain alignment on groundbreaking corporate initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity to detailed solutions
  • Excellent leadership, partnership, and collaboration skills
  • A strong background in information security controls and requirements as driven by risk management, compliance, and regulated markets.
  • General understanding of service design, delivery concepts, and control frameworks
Nice-to-have:
  • Well versed in application security, infrastructure security, business risk analysis and making business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions
  • Demonstrated track record of strategic decision-making, balancing the needs of the business, security, legal or other enterprise partners.
