Inside Sales Account Specialist
Description
New Pig is searching for an enthusiastic, confident and growth-oriented Inside Sales Account Specialist to increase sales, sustain current sales and recover lost accounts within a group of assigned New Pig accounts. This position requires proactive contact with customers and effective communication skills while being aware of and responsive to customer needs.
- Initiative and drive to meet sales goals
- Must be a self-starter
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Uncover, identify and close additional customer needs
- Expand the range of product categories purchased and drive sales growth within assigned accounts
- Recover lost business within assigned accounts
- Take on new projects and initiatives as assigned
- Work in fast paced environment and be results oriented
- Maintain clear, concise records for all calls including discussions, follow up actions and results in CRM system
- Support and follow company policies and procedures
- Exemplify New Pig’s core values
- Adhere to New Pig’s Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience B2B inside sales / phone sales
- Ability to learn and apply New Pig's sales results-oriented methodologies
- Ability to communicate in an outgoing, poised, and persuasive manner
