Inventory Control Specialist
Description
New Pig is currently seeking an analytical, customer-service focused Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory and process custom orders within the planning and inventory team.
This position reports to the Materials Manager and works on the daylight shift at our Duncansville location.
What you will be doing:
- Daily inventory reconciliation from cycle counts
- Analyzing root cause of inventory discrepancies and helping to develop solutions
- Processing manufacturing custom orders from quotes
- Constructing Bill of Materials and job packet for production
- Cycle count and custom order reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Adhere to New Pig’s Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards
Requirements:
- Cycle count experience preferred
- Syteline experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize job duties
- Ability to work directly with multiple departments in a team environment
- Proficient in Excel and Word
