Director, Digital Marketing  

  

 What you will be doing:  

  • Spearheading the development, execution, and measurement of digital marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Providing leadership, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Promoting and executing world-class online user experiences that drive engagement and conversion. Working with internal teams to help build, prioritize and implement website improvement and enhancements.
  • Overseeing SEO and SEM efforts, applying a data-driven approach to optimize performance and increase traffic growth
  • Managing and optimizing all paid advertising budgets
  • Overseeing social media campaigns and strategies, both paid and organic
  • Collaborating closely with sales, product development, corporate marketing, customer service, creative, IT and external partners to ensure alignment across the organization
  • Leading data and analytics teams in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting digital data. Using insights to inform business decisions, optimize digital marketing strategies, and enhance customer engagement. 
  • Assisting in the selection, implementation, and management of digital marketing technology tools and platforms
  • Planning and managing complex projects; understanding available resources, developing timeline, budget and assigning areas of responsibility
  • Adhere to New Pig’s Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards

 

 Ideal Candidate Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, preferably within the B2B sector
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading, developing and coaching cross-functional digital marketing teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to make data-driven decisions Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Google Search Console and SEMrush
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies. Experience in developing and executing content marketing strategies that align with SEO goals and corporate messaging.
  • Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including PPC, social media ads, and display advertising.
  • A strong understanding of conversion rate optimization techniques to maximize revenue growth
  • Proven ability to manage digital marketing budgets efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written skills with an ability to articulate and communicate strategies and plans
  • A commitment to staying updated with digital marketing trends and technologies, with a mindset for continuous innovation and improvement

  

Position will work at our headquarters in Tipton, PA. Remote possible for the right candidate.
