New Life Transport Parts Center is a division of Hinton Transportation Investments, Inc (HTI). HTI is a family-owned company based out of Byron Center, MI, and is a leader in the Heavy-Duty Transportation Industry operating as Martec International, New Life Transport Parts Center, Pace Transportation Services, and Road Equipment Parts Center. We are seeking a Receiving Admin to take charge of our Administrative needs. As a Warehouse Admin, you will work closely with the Warehouse team and will be involved in many administrative tasks. This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, and pay starts at $17.00/hr per hour.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process paperwork of parts received
- Scan and import paperwork after it is processed
- Enter quantities into TinyTERM
- Communicate with buyers and vendors on receiving discrepancies and request proof of delivery
- Investigate and report issues/discrepancies
Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or GED / High School Equivalence Certificate)
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
