Residential Manager
Description
The Residential Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating and directing admissions
and discharges for the residential services including meeting or exceeding admission budget
goals. This position assumes responsibility for monitoring department expenditures in
alignment with ICF rules, regulations, and NATI operational plans.
The Residential Manager demonstrates and practices the New Avenues to Independence values
and is responsible to promptly report to supervisor any circumstances that affect the health,
safety, or well-being of residents, staff, the agency or its equipment.
. Maintains on-call responsibilities by assisting with 24-hour assistance with crisis
intervention and other departmental needs.
