Are you a rockstar Business Development Representative or Account Executive eager to quickly step into a Territory Manager role? This position is distinct from our other BDR roles, as we’re specifically looking to fast-track a high-performing BDR into a Territory Manager within 90 days to 6 months. Role Overview:
In this role, you'll start by mastering our digital marketing software and services, focusing on lead generation and initial client interactions. As you gain expertise, you will transition into conducting software demos and closing new business deals. Here’s What You'll Be Doing:
  • Building Client Connections: Develop strong relationships and become an industry expert to better serve our clients.
  • New Account Growth and Development: Drive the growth of new RV/Tire/Auto accounts with strategic dedication.
  • Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Engage in cold calling and lead generation to uncover valuable market opportunities.
  • Learning and Mastering Our Software: Focus initially on understanding and mastering our software and services.
  • Conducting Software Demos: Transition into performing software demonstrations with clients as you become more proficient.
  • Closing New Business: Convert leads into closed deals and achieve new business targets.
  • Turning No into Yes: View objections as opportunities and excel in delivering persuasive rebuttals.
  • Energetic Rebuttals: Maintain enthusiasm and finesse in your responses to keep conversations productive.
  • Proven Sales System: Follow our established sales system to ensure every step contributes to success.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have:
  • A Winning Track Record: At least 2+ years of proven experience in lead generation or a related field.
  • CRM Expertise: Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
  • Cold Calling Skills: Confidence and experience in lead generation and cold calling.
  • A Hunger for Success: An associate degree is preferred, but your drive and success in sales are what matter most.
  • End-to-End Sales Expertise: Ability to manage the sales process from prospecting to transitioning to a Territory Manager.
  • Thrive Under Pressure: Ability to excel in a high-volume work environment where every challenge is an opportunity.
  • People Skills Extraordinaire: Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Business Savvy: Understanding the needs of small business owners and translating that into success.
Plus Points:
  • Digital Marketing Know-How: Experience with SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, or other digital marketing products is a bonus.
  • Industry Experience: Experience generating leads in the automotive, RV, or tire industries is a significant advantage.
