Your Opportunity For Impact

This Product Operations Manager is responsible for enabling successful collaborative work among all teams connected to the product life cycle, including product managers, engineering, IT, and go-to-market roles like product marketing, sales and customer support. Key contributions will include surfacing and investigating user issues, defining and tracking against performance metrics, and implementing processes to drive efficiencies within the product, product marketing and user experience organizations. This highly visible and influential position will help ship higher quality products faster and establish processes to improve strategic alignment and communication.

 

 

What Your Contributions Will Be

  • Define key product performance metrics, then collect, organize, and analyze data to form insights and recommendations to improve product value delivery
  • Standardizing business processes, such as planning, budgeting, and reporting to facilitate product development
  • Supporting product quality assurance and identifying product improvement opportunities
  • Setting up onboarding and training programs to keep the team at its best performance
  • Supporting Sales and Product Marketing to sharp go-to-market strategies and improve customer experience
  • Identify measures of success, create dashboards for tracking, and report on progress to enable transparency of progress and enable accountability for deliverables
  • Streamlining communication between the product teams and other teams in the organization

 

 

What You Will Bring to the Team

  • Curiosity and passion for problem solving, both conceptually and analytically, to optimize product and business strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with proven success in maintaining alignment with and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to assess, select and implement tools to support communication, road-mapping, prototyping, user-onboarding, and other key processes
  • 3+ years in a quantitative role (e.g., data, finance) or product management
  • Experience with agile product development processes, preferably in a SaaS company
  • Experience with Pendo and Azure Development Ops (ADO) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or equivalent work experience a plus.

Compensation Transparency

The compensation range for this position is: $140,000 - $168,000

 

The posted cash compensation for this position includes base salary. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
