About the opportunity:

NetDocuments is seeking a Solutions Expert to provide product demonstrations to prospects and customers serving as the liaison when complex and technical services are involved. The Solutions Expert will report to the Director of Solutions Engineering.  The Ideal candidate will have experience selling and promoting goods and services of an organization to existing and potential clients through product demonstrations and professional sales pitches, typically on virtual meetings, phone calls, and e-mail communication.

What your contributions will be:

·        Performs technical and value-proposition demonstrations of the NetDocuments product

·        Establish and run proof of concepts (POCs) for prospective customers

·        Facilitate technical deep dive sessions

·        Ensure customer needs are met which may include product modifications

·        Interact with customers and partners to promote the company and solution

·        Other duties as assigned

 

What you will bring to the team:

What you will need for success:

·        2+ years of selling SaaS software to corporations 


Ideally you will have:

·        Legal technology industry experience

·        Document and email management experience

·        Experience selling to public sector entities
