About the opportunity:

NetDocuments is seeking a Product Trainer who will be a driven, tech-savvy, customer-oriented professional with deep technical knowledge capable of providing customers training to a varying level of abilities and experience, sometimes within the same session.  The Product Trainer will report to the Director of Partner Success.  The ideal candidate will have experience with structured, formal Instructor led learning with hands-on labs, as well as online synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences, to help our customers achieve the competencies required to be successful with NetDocuments Products.

 

What your contributions will be:

  • Conduct employee training using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, including classroom-based learning, virtual learning, and 1-1 coaching.
  • Provide content and class feedback to course developers to raise the bar on curriculum quality.
  • Maintain a strong, working product knowledge and quickly master new functionality in line with planned code releases.
  • Detect common skills shortages and create a training plan to address these.
  • Prepare requisite manuals and handouts ahead of training sessions
  • Conduct follow-up assessments to confirm Customer’s understanding and usage of training provided
  • Manage the development and maintenance of instructional material used to transform technical information into professionally written and engaging instruction
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will need for success:

  • Proven experience as technical trainer
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Legal industry experience
