About the opportunity:

NetDocuments is seeking a Chief of Staff that will report directly to the CEO. This role will provide analytical support, advisement and cross-functional leadership ensuring timely completion of multiple strategic initiatives while minimizing customer disruptions, enhancing customer perception of NetDocuments’ value proposition, including products and services. 

 

What your contributions will be:

  • Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success. 
  • Assess and streamline current operational systems and processes for efficiency.  
  • Manage and complete successful implementation of strategic initiatives that enable revenue growth and accelerate company profitability and efficiency. 
  • Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects as directed by the CEO. 
  • Determine, track, and report metrics that measure the successful implementation of various strategic projects and initiatives. 
  • Work with executives and department leaders on cross-company projects. 
  • Partner with CEO and CFO on post-M&A activities to drive acquisition integration.
  • Act as strategic advisor with internal and external communications providing operational support and interaction with Board of Directors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will need for success:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 7-10 years’ operations experience including merger and acquisitions. 
  • Software industry experience.

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
