About the opportunity: 

NetDocuments is seeking a Renewals Manager to be at the forefront of ensuring the continued success of our subscription-based software services by leading a team of dedicated Renewal Specialists. You will be pivotal in streamlining our internal operations and enhancing the customer renewal experience. The Renewals Manager will report to the VP of Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching and mentoring your team, tracking progress, optimizing processes, and collaborating with various internal stakeholders to drive renewals billings performance and efficiency. 

  

What your contributions will be: 

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Renewal Specialists
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor team members to drive quote-to-cash processes and improve net retention rates
  • Monitor and track the weekly progress of the team and individuals against quarterly targets
  • Recognize and celebrate team successes, identify and remove barriers hindering performance, and adjust focus areas as needed
  • Provide direct and actionable feedback to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth
  • Partner with Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to drive renewals billings performance
  • Act as a point of escalation for leadership on issues related to renewals and invoicing
  • Communicate the impact and results of your team to key partners and advocate for the team's needs
  • Inform resource allocation, capacity planning, and forecasting based on team performance and demands
  • Ensure the team is appropriately staffed to meet renewals objectives

What you will need for success: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams in a SAAS renewals or related function
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding renewals targets
