Your opportunity for impact:

As a System Administrator within our forward-thinking IT Operations team, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency, security, and scalability of our backend systems and SaaS tools. Specializing in system administration, automation, and advanced troubleshooting, this role supports our transition to a global IT Operations framework, while also stepping in to provide end-user support as needed. Join us to play a pivotal role in the technical evolution of our company.

 

What your contributions will be:

  • SaaS Administration: Manage and optimize SaaS tools, with a focus on JAMF and Power Automate as well as improving access controls.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Support the migration and administration of servers.
  • Automation and Scripting: Create automated workflows using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • System Optimization: Enhance backend systems to ensure scalability and reliability for a global workforce.
  • Lab Environment Support: Set up and maintain environments for engineering teams.
  • Escalation Support: Serve as an escalation path for Tier 2/3 technical issues.
  • End-User Support: Assist with end-user support as needed.
  • Process Documentation: Develop SOPs and documentation for systems and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovations to improve operational efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will need for success:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience in system administration.
  • Proficient in SaaS administration and tools with a focus on JAMF, and Power Automate.
  • Skilled in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and automation workflows.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as Azure and AWS, including migrations and system optimization.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online administration.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for advanced network and system issues.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to mentor team members.
  • Physically capable of handling IT equipment tasks, as needed.
  • Commitment to excellent end-user support

Compensation Transparency

The compensation range for this position is: $75,000 - $85,000

 

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations
