Your opportunity for impact:
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing the marketing organization. You will manage marketing technology, ensure data accuracy, and implement scalable processes to enable efficient campaign execution and measurable results. This role sits at the intersection of technology, analytics, and strategy, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with broader business goals.
What your contributions will be:
- Marketing Technology Management
- Own the marketing technology stack, including tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Asana and other automation and analytics platforms.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure seamless integration of marketing tools with CRM and other business systems.
Process Development and Optimization- Design and implement scalable processes to support campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing workflows with sales and customer success teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implement solutions to streamline operations.
Data Management and Reporting- Ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and integrity of marketing data across systems.
- Work with Director of Marketing Ops to establish frameworks for lead scoring, segmentation, and data enrichment to improve targeting and personalization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Campaign Execution Support- Partner with the demand generation team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, including email marketing, events, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and troubleshoot campaign workflows, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Support A/B testing and other experimental initiatives to optimize marketing efforts.
Performance Analysis and Optimization- Track and analyze key performance metrics, including campaign ROI, lead conversion rates, and marketing attribution.
- Provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of marketing efforts and guide budget allocation.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management- Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, RevOps and Business Systems
- Support cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment on goals, data, and processes.
- Provide training and support to the marketing team on tools, processes, and best practices.
Ideally you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS or software environment.
- Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce required. Ideal candidate with have Marketo certification.
- Experience with lead scoring, attribution modeling, and campaign measurement frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on marketing operations
