About the opportunity:
NetDocuments is seeking a Software Engineer to perform work associated with the research and development of engineering methods, theories, and principles needed to effectively and cost-efficiently produce new products, or modify old products. Develop, maintain, test and optimize the search engine for a company's platform. The Software Engineer I will report to the Software Engineering Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience constructing scalable and reliable workflows that efficiently process big datasets.
What your contributions will be:
- Develop new applications and services using C#, .Net, and Angular
- Builds and tests new designs, formulations, materials, or systems for compliance with quality and/or performance standards
- Overall testing new applications and services in different environments
- Watching platform performances and take action to correct or optimize system behavior in development
- Participate in team exercises for collaboration
- Other duties as assigned
What you will bring to the team:

What you will need for success:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience using C#, .Net, ASP.Net, .Net Core 3.0, and/or Angular 8 or above
- Proficiency in developing unit and functional tests
- Proficiency with agile software development, Scrum preferred
Ideally you will have:
- Experience with both monolithic and microservice code bases
- Experience using NOSQL databases like Couchbase or Redis
- Experience with REST API webservices and standards
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud services
- Experience with Terraform infrastructure management
- Experience with document management platforms
