Summary 

The Project Coordinator role is responsible for assisting on client project implementations or upgrades with the assistance of the project manager.  Project Coordinator will ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and within budget.  Operate as additional point of contact for customers for any matters specific to assigned projects. Project Coordinator will be supported by project manager or team manage assigned to any project. 

 The Project Coordinator will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of business applications systems investments. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinates project tasks with designated Project Manager/Team Manager.
  • Maintains the project according to schedules and budgets with direction by Project Manager.
  • Informs Project Manager of any concerns on timelines, budgets, or resources.
  • Keeps the project plan current and communicates with Project Manager.
  • Ensure completion of deliverable.
  • Adherence to timelines.
  • Track milestones and timelines across projects and institute necessary workflow, personnel, and financial resource allocations.
  • Analyze and resolve issues that have the potential to jeopardize performance and/or ability to meet agreed upon deliverable.
  • Timely communication of project status to both clients and project team.

Qualifications: 

  • BA or BS in Computer Science or related field.
  • Project Coordinator/Management background, proven success in delivering projects on time, on budget and in scope.
  • 4+ years’ experience in information systems development or implementation with progressively more complex responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Successful track record of delivering on agreed-upon business objectives and performance on key metrics.
  • Experience with ERP.

Salary range: $65,000-$80,000 plus bonus “Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) experience, including industry or product specific experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and/or other applicable laws.”

This is a remote opportunity with 10-15% travel.
