Position Overview:   

   

Our Acumatica team is looking to hire an Acumatica Manufacturing Consultant. The Acumatica Consultant’s role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions as well as assist with upgrades, training, and support for the Acumatica solution.  The business analyst works directly with customers to identify business requirements with sufficient detail and clarity to allow technical solution proposal development and deployment as well as use their problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of Acumatica system investments. Additionally, the business analyst will work with other consultants, customer service, and sales team to develop and close services projects and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and ease of on-going support.  

   

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Serves as Business Analyst for clients Acumatica implementations, leading project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Acumatica solution.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of ERP business software.
  • Have professional exposure in business workflow.
  • Have experience with product implementations.
  • Project management experience in utilizing appropriate tools and resources to document processes, timelines, and responsibilities. Solid communication skills with good follow-up and follow-through on assigned tasks and responsibilities to timeline.
  • Provide friendly phone, on-line, and on-site consulting services for our clients using Acumatica software (ERP).
  • Works with customers to achieve the best solutions for customer to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality
  • Develops and executes a challenging and interesting self-education and professional development plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel 30% required

   

Job Requirements:  

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or computer science, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 plus years of experience using ERP solutions (i.e. Epicor, Dynamics AX, Sage or similar ERP software).
  • 3 plus year experience implementing Acumatica Manufacturing ERP solutions.
  • Understanding of operational processes and requirements in the ERP world, including but not limited to distribution and/or manufacturing with a functional competency in accounting, quote to cash, procure to play, operations, e-commerce or CRM functions highly desired.
  • Experience in providing support related to product demonstrations and assisting in needs analysis and solution recommendations.
  • Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience desired.
  • Experience in utilizing defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies desired.

This position is a virtual position and requires travel to client locations in the US.

Salary range: $100,000-$120,000.  “Please note that the quoted pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) experience, including industry or product specific experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, and/or other applicable laws".
