Position Overview:
 

The Learning and Development Specialist (Delivery Enablement) is responsible for driving the up-skilling and cross-skilling initiatives within the Professional Services team. This role involves developing and managing curriculum, facilitating consultant onboarding, providing FYA (First Year Associate) oversight and support, coordinating cross-skill training, and identifying areas for improvement within the delivery process. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with internal experts, Consulting Managers, and Sales Enablement team members to ensure alignment and effectiveness of upskilling efforts.

Remote position; Travel up to 20% to NYC HQ

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Work closely with Consulting Managers to identify top training needs and priorities within the delivery team.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support to excel in their roles.
  • Support logistics, planning, scheduling, and communications on mentoring and coaching initiatives; coordinates with HR team members and tracks metrics/feedback on the same.
  • Coordinate cross-skill training initiatives, which may involve training across various products or industries, to enhance consultants' versatility and expertise.
  • Analyze performance metrics and feedback to identify areas of deficiency or opportunities for improvement within the delivery process.
  • Maintain a unified delivery and technical skills matrix to track the proficiency levels of delivery team members.
  • Play an integral part in the First Year Associate Program, including recruiting, coordination of training, and oversight of program activities. Offer support and mentorship to First Year Associates, helping them navigate their initial experiences within the organization and aiding as needed.
  • Create and maintain engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, documentation, and interactive modules.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments relevant to the delivery team's focus areas.
  • Aggregate and distribute industry-specific information and insights to support consultants in delivering high-quality services to clients.
  • Align with Sales Enablement on collaborative upskilling initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment across departments.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development) or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in training and professional development for professional services organizations.
  • Technical expertise with Learning Management Systems (LMS), authoring tools, virtual classroom platforms and other technologies used for delivering and managing training programs preferred.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

 

 

Core Competencies:

 

Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Consulting Managers, subject matter experts, and Sales Enablement teams to identify training needs, create relevant content, and align upskilling initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

 

Capacity to analyze performance metrics and feedback to identify areas of deficiency or opportunities for improvement within the delivery process, collaborating with stakeholders to address gaps effectively.

 

Proficiency in coordinating cross-skill training initiatives to enhance consultants' versatility and expertise across various products or industries, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

 

 

Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000. 

 

This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan.
