Intern Facilities
Description
- Office Management: Handling office equipment, supervising office cleaning, and managing office chairs and desks, and other Facilities items
- Events : Help other departments organizing office events (Christmas/holiday party inclusive) and team events, as well as coordinating employee birthday and anniversary presents.
- Supplies & Stocking: Managing and ordering drinks, fruits, snacks, and office supplies.
- Supplier Coordination: direct contact with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and service.
- Onboarding: Providing new employees with welcome kits
- Providing other support to the employees where needed
- Others as assigned by the manager
