Executive Summary
Ness Digital Engineering is seeking a DevOps Architect to lead the design and implementation of a scalable, secure, and intelligent DevOps ecosystem for actuarial risk systems. The role will focus on IaC, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, production readiness, and AI/LLM integration across enterprise repositories.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead overall DevOps architecture and strategy for core and Python repositories.
  • Design and implement Terraform-based IaC for hybrid environments (Windows/Linux).
  • Define branching and release management strategy (GitFlow/Trunk-based).
  • Establish production-ready CI/CD pipelines with rollback and patch management.
  • Oversee integration of AI/LLM-driven automation into pipelines.
  • Ensure compliance, security, and governance across environments.
Key Skills & Experience
  • 8–10 years in DevOps architecture and engineering.
  • Deep expertise in Terraform, GitHub/GitLab CI/CD, Packer, Ansible.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-native deployments on AWS/Azure.
  • Experience with SAST/DAST tools (SonarQube, security scanning).
  • Knowledge of AI/LLM integration into DevOps workflows.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with actuarial/risk management platforms.
  • Familiarity with Ollama, Bedrock, KARA.ai, LoRA tuning.
  • Experience with multi-cloud, hybrid infra orchestration.
