As a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce solutions to meet customer's business objectives. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and high-performance technical solutions on the Salesforce platform. Additionally, you will provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Design and architect scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions that align with industry best practices and standards.
  • Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to project teams on Salesforce architecture, design decisions, and implementation strategies.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering their professional development.
  • Stay current with Salesforce technologies, updates, and trends, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed to support Salesforce implementations and integrations.
  • Develop code.
 
Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Certified System Architect highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, with a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations across various industries.
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and ideally also Mulesoft.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
