Requirements and responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Work with business analysts to understand requirements;
- Participate in design decisions;
- Develop necessary functionality;
- Cover your code with Unit tests;
- Perform troubleshooting and support production;
- Be involved in all of the phases of the development life cycle.
- A bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or related field;
- A minimum 5 years of Java development experience;
- Fluency in spoken English so that you would be able to discuss;
- Technical solutions with an overseas team;
- Expertise in Spring (specifically Spring Integration and Enterprise Integration Patterns;
- Commercial experience with RESTful services;
- Knowledge about Git and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
Ideal candidates will also:
- Have proficiency with XML and JAXB or XSLT;
- Be familiar with scripting and cloud technologies (Unix/Linux, Python and Flask, AWS Services);
- Have Capital Markets experience with an understanding of financial instruments and a trading environment;
- Have experience with Regulatory Trade Reporting.
