Requirements and Responsibilities
We're seeking an experienced DevOps Leader with over 15 years in IT to join our Intelligent Engineering Practice. You'll lead strategy, initiatives, and transformation engagements in DevOps, Agile, and AIOps. The ideal candidate has a strong DevOps background, automation skills, and deep engineering knowledge. You'll also drive community-building events focused on case studies, training, and proof of concepts.
What you’ll do
- Identify and implement automation solutions to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Enhance engineering practices and standards for consistent quality.
- Lead community-building events and stay updated on emerging trends.
- Define KPIs to measure initiative impact and communicate progress.
- Drive engineering transformation for Ness customers, focusing on DevOps/AIOps.
- Conduct agile and DevOps assessments and provide recommendations.
- Provide thought leadership through white papers and blogs.
- Implement technologies to solve client problems and improve maturity.
- Lead pilot engagements and drive client issue resolution.
- Recommend tools to improve software production efficiency.
- Offer technical direction for complex solutions and automation.
- Generate innovation ideas and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Guide cloud-native DevOps implementation and best practices.
What you’ll bring
- Strong DevOps experience: CI/CD, DevSecOps
- Hands-on leadership in Agile, DevOps, and AIOps
- Proven ability to drive innovation and change.
- Experience leading COE initiatives.
- Proficiency in automation technologies
- Focus on process improvement and maturity.
- Strong team-building and strategic skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented with global delivery experience
- Consulting background in Agile, DevOps, and Product Engineering transformations
- In-depth knowledge of Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Automated Quality Testing
- Certification as an AWS/Azure/DevOps professional
- Hands-on experience with leading CI/CD/CT tools like Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub, AWS DevOps Services, and more.
