We are seeking a skilled MS Copilot Studio / Power Automate Engineer to join our growing Intelligent Automation team and help deliver next-gen automation and AI-driven solutions for our global clients.

Role Overview

As an MS Copilot Studio / Power Automate Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and MS Copilot Studio. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and product teams to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows).
  • Build conversational AI experiences and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Integrate automation with enterprise applications and data sources (e.g., Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, SAP, custom APIs).
  • Develop and customize Power Apps for business use cases, ensuring seamless user experience.
  • Leverage Dataverse for secure data storage and modeling.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
  • Implement governance, security, and compliance best practices for Power Platform solutions.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows for performance and reliability.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and user guides.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
  • Hands-on experience in building workflows, custom connectors, and API integrations.
  • Strong expertise in MS Copilot Studio (chatbot building, prompt engineering, AI-driven automation).
  • Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven).
  • Knowledge of governance and security standards in Power Platform.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive) for automation use cases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

  • Exposure to Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Cognitive Services).
  • Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) as an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with Copilot integration scenarios in enterprise platforms.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
