Sr. Technical Lead – MS ecosystem
Role Summary
Senior Technical Lead responsible for end-to-end architecture, delivery governance, and technical leadership across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and custom integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, M365 Apps, SPFx, and APIs
- Lead design of scalable workflows (Power Automate) and enterprise apps (Power Apps)
- Oversee Power BI reporting (executive & regulatory)
- Define integration patterns (queues, retries, batching, resiliency)
- Provide technical leadership to engineering teams across regions
- Ensure governance, security, and compliance (M365 & enterprise standards)
- Drive performance optimization for SharePoint and workflows
- Handle stakeholder communication (business + IT leadership)
- Support incident resolution and production stability
Required Skills
- 10+ years’ experience in Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong expertise in:
- SharePoint Online (Modern & Classic)
- Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
- SPFx development
- M365 Apps, C# .NET / API services, PowerShell scripting
- Dataflows, Azure App and web service
- AWS hosting, SFTP, Azure Entra, EKS
- Deep understanding of integration patterns and distributed systems
- Experience with Snowflake / SAP integrations preferred
- Working in Agile with strong leadership, stakeholder management and analytical thinking preferred
