- Strong Communication skills & High level of ownership as directly interacting with client business, end-users & PM.
- Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications.
- Ability to lead by example, inspires the team to perform at a very high level, and collaborates well across different teams.
- Ensure all code developed conforms to the Software Development Life Cycle SOP and Coding Standards.
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
- Skills Required:
- Proficient in C# and SQL Server (T-SQL)
- Good Communication & Client Interactive Skills
- Ready to work in Shift (11:30 AM IST to 08:30 PM IST)
- Excellent in profiling, debugging tools, architectural and code review.
- Strong Technical, Analytical Skills
- Strong interpersonal and talent management skills.
