Requirements and responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Senior QA Automation to join his dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in testing web applications, solid experience in using test automation technologies like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cucumber, solid OOP knowledge – Java or C#, and solid knowledge of API testing.

As a Senior QA Automation, you will design and implement automated solutions for our web applications, execute test cases, test procedures, test suites and do cross-module testing, with a focus on integration tests.

What you’ll do:

• Document, troubleshoot, and follow up on issues found during testing;
• Monitor and maintain existing test suites and test execution plans;
• Work closely with testers and developers colleagues to identify the root cause of issues found in a production environment;
• Work closely with the requirement engineers in the features acceptance testing;
• Mentor junior test engineer colleagues;
• Review our systems based on the currently valid IT security requirements;
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies;

What you'll bring:

• At least 4+ years of experience in testing web applications;
• Solid experience in using test automation technologies like Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Cucumber, etc.;
• Solid OOP knowledge – Java or C#;
• Experience in API testing;
• Knowledge of automation building processes, application deployments, and continuous integration systems – Maven, Jenkins;
• Ability to write test cases, test procedures, and test scripts from requirements and use cases;
• Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
• Ability to estimate test effort;
• Ability to analyze results and provide valuable feedback on application quality level for release decisions;
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot software engineering problems;

Additional skills that may help:

• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence;
• Experience in automation for mobile devices;
• AWS;
• TestRail;
• ISTQB qualifications.
