About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Presales, Creative Design to manage organizational knowledge assets while creating visually compelling presentations and design materials. This role blends expertise in knowledge management, creative content design, and advanced PowerPoint skills to support knowledge-sharing, training, and communication strategies
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Management
- Maintain a centralized knowledge repository, ensuring content is well-organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Develop best practices for capturing, storing, and sharing institutional knowledge.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to document key insights, workflows, and lessons learned.
- Monitor and analyze knowledge usage and engagement, recommending improvements.
Creative Design & MS Office Expertise
- Create visually engaging and impactful PowerPoint presentations, executive reports, proposals, and RFX responses.
- Develop creative templates, infographics, and slide decks that align with brand guidelines.
- Transform complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand formats.
- Design digital learning materials, e-books, and multimedia content.
- Work with marketing and communications teams to design branded assets.
- Establish an SLA for quick-turn PowerPoint deck consultancy, ensuring presentations align with Ness Digital Engineering’s template and branding guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in knowledge management, creative design, and PowerPoint presentation development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
- Strong storytelling, visual communication, and branding skills.
- Experience working with diverse teams across different locations and backgrounds.
- Hands-on expertise in PowerPoint design, with an understanding of differences between Mac and PC environments.
