Requirements and responsibilities
What you'll do:
We are seeking an AI Project Manager with a strong technical background and deep understanding of modern AI technologies. This role is responsible for leading AI solution delivery end-to-end—from requirements gathering, design, coordination, testing, and deployment—across a global organization. The ideal candidate combines technical competence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and self-driven in a fast-evolving AI ecosystem.
Project Leadership & Delivery
Lead AI/ML solution development end-to-end, from concept to production.
Manage project timelines, resources, scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Drive alignment between technical teams, business stakeholders (sales, finance, operations, etc.), and external partners.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Technical & AI Expertise
Evaluate, design, and oversee implementation of AI models, LLM-based solutions, copilots, automation workflows, and integrations.
Guide development teams with sufficient technical understanding to challenge assumptions, unblock issues, and ensure quality.
Collaborate on architecture decisions, data preparation, model evaluation, and prompt engineering approaches.
Maintain a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and governance frameworks.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Work with users across global teams—including sales, finance, HR, operations, and support functions—to understand needs, manage feedback cycles, and drive adoption.
Communicate complex technical topics in simple, business-friendly language.
Operational Execution
Work independently, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and improvements.
Drive change management elements related to AI adoption.
Support ongoing monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
What you'll bring:
Experience in software development, engineering, or data/AI projects (coding not required, but developer-level understanding is expected).

Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, vector stores, prompt engineering, RAG, copilots, and related technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI lifecycle tooling is an advantage.
Key skillsets:
Proven track record delivering solutions in a global company environment.
Experience collaborating with business users from diverse domains (sales, finance, operations, customer service, etc.).
Prior experience as a project manager, product owner, technical lead, or similar role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and be self-driven in ambiguous environments.
Demonstrated adaptability to rapidly evolving AI space.
Good understanding of AI copilots, their configuration, and enterprise usage patterns.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications or AI product development.
Exposure to MLOps or AI governance frameworks.
Experience with agile project delivery.
Prior background in enterprise automation, data engineering, or digital transformation.
