The Role
Seeking a seasoned Salesforce Development Lead to guide a team of developers while contributing hands-on to the design, development, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions. This role demands strong technical depth, leadership capability, and the ability to architect scalable, high-performing, and secure Salesforce applications across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead a team of 3–5 Salesforce developers, ensuring high-quality delivery.
· Design, develop, test, and release new features, components, and managed packages.
· Support and troubleshoot integrations and production issues across multiple client accounts.
· Track development and support activities using Jira and ensure timely delivery.
· Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, technical approaches, and integration strategies.
· Enforce Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
· Drive CI/CD, version control, and deployment processes in Salesforce environments.
Qualifications and Skills
· 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1 year in a technical lead capacity.
· Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and component-based design.
· Proven experience leading development teams and coordinating releases.
· Deep knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Live Chat, and core platform capabilities.
· Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Mandatory: Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
· Preferred: One or more advanced architecture certifications (System Architect, Application Architect, Integration Architect, etc.).
Core Skills
· Development: Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL
· Architecture & Packaging: Managed packages (1st gen), SFDX, AppExchange
· Integration: SOAP web services, integration patterns, middleware interactions
· Engineering Practice: CI/CD pipelines, version control, OOP principles
· Platforms: Sales Cloud, Live Chat Implementation
Nice to Have
· Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
· JavaScript Developer I certification.
· Experience with AppExchange lifecycle, deployment architecture, or enterprise-scale implementations.
· Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
