Position Summary
Working with our top national and international brand partners, the Senior Account Director will make strategic recommendations to help them drive sales utilizing One Neptune capabilities and insights, to ultimately achieve growth of your territory.

 

Responsibilities

  • Strategically build upon current and new business relationships in order to close profitable business sales.
  • Secure meetings with senior-level decision makers to understand their business objectives and how One Neptune capabilities can help potential customers to achieve their goals.
  • Create client-centric campaign options utilizing the One Neptune capabilities and resources to address client needs.
  • Engage with internal resources (Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Management) to both uncover business driving opportunities and elevate client proposals.
  • Maintain a weekly cadence of forecasting and reporting of lead development.

Position Qualifications

  • Proven track record 8+ years of delivering results through the closing of sales in the advertising landscape. Understands how to prioritize opportunity deals.
  • Has consistently achieved or exceeded profitable sales goals selling business to business.
  • Passionate and driven by new business development and account growth potential.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and maintains excellent, timely follow-through with clients.
  • Success in building strong relationships with senior level decision makers.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Ability to confidently communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience selling digital media or in the CPG industry is preferred.
