Communications Coordinator (Remote)
Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work internally with Distribution, Logistics, Fulfillment and Order Management, as well as Sales, to effectively communicate in progress InStore Program updates and/or changes to the Field Representatives.
- Generate Reporting from ISOP (Instore Order Processing), as well as FHS (Field Handheld System)/Business Objects, including; Program Store Lists, All Task and Compliance Reports to assist with providing concise communication of in progress In-Store Program updates/changes.
- Analyze and coordinate store revisit requests. Communicate with the Field and Sales regarding ad orders, timelines, and completion for client requested revisits.
- Function as a liaison between the Field Managers and internal departments to resolve in progress order issues and requests.
- Distribute procedural reminders to the Field (as dictated by Retail Sales), including but not limited to, image standards and new product line installation guidelines.
- Participate in UAT for system changes/upgrades/fixes.
- Maintain the FAQ document each cycle and relay feedback to the field daily.
- Act as a point person for the retail hotline and Cyclical Field/Sales calls.
- Task Instructions: Review pending ISOP orders to ensure Placement Instructions have been completed by Sales and are visible in FHS.
- Submit Image Requests into ISOP/extract images from FIS (Field Imaging System) for Sales as requested.
- Create surveys for store audits as requested by Sales for program data collection, utilizing internal systems to manage Field tasks accordingly.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications or related preferred or equivalent related business experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a corporate environment preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to alter communication style to ensure understanding among other varying communication styles/modalities.
- Exceptional project coordination skills, with strong analytical and proactive problem-solving ability.
- Highly organized and meticulous to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter, with high initiative and comfort level in asking questions and learning from others.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), specifically good working knowledge in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables).
