NeoGenomics is looking for an Inventory Warehouse Lead for our Aliso Viejo location who wants to continue to learn in order to allow our company to grow.
Shift time: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

Position Summary:
The Inventory Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing and performing support processes for Inventory control along with performing daily routine tasks as needed within the Warehouse environment to maintain a safe, clean and organized working environment.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Establish Inventory ID’s for entire organization within Oracle ERP software system, obsoleted, inactivate as needed
  • Process Inventory ServiceNow tickets submitted by lab requestors
  • Receive and inspect materials from Vendors, receive materials in Oracle ERP as needed
  • Communicate and document all shipment discrepancies with suppliers as needed
  • Work with lab customers to review and establish appropriate min/max and revise as needed
  • Communicate with lab personnel regarding backorder updates, ETA’s and alternatives
  • Monitor Inventory material expiration date, scrap and transact in ERP as needed
  • Assure temperature in Warehouse areas is being monitored, resolves any out of range excursions within Temp Track
  • Oversee incoming inspection process within Warehouse and assure materials are dispositioned in a timely manner (as applicable per location)
  • Stock materials as per established storage chambers and designated locations
  • Pick and deliver orders to laboratories per site defined schedule(s)
  • Verify and confirm pulled inventory materials prior to lab delivery
  • Perform inventory material cycle counts per frequency established by business, support floor count process as needed
  • Perform full inventory count at minimum once a year
  • Interact and communicate with internal lab customers as needed
  • Work with Accounts Payable to address and resolve Inventory related PO issues/concerns
  • Monitor and track After Hours Warehouse process, confirm orders process, resolve discrepancies noted
  • Occasionally ship Inventory items to other sites as needed
  • Ability to follow Good Documentation Practices per NeoGenomics policy
  • Maintain a safe and clean work area
  • Participate in projects as needed
Additional Responsibilities (may be assigned): 
  • All other duties as assigned by Manager, Inventory Management or the Associate Director, Supply Chain
  • Achieves desired level of competency and accuracy for the department processes and responsibilities of assigned position, as defined by practices, policies and procedures.
  • Works productively and efficiently to achieve company and departmental objectives.
  • Communicates effectively, can work independently and within a team.

  • Ability to lift min 50 lbs.
Experience & Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience in Warehouse shipping/receiving and Inventory management environment required
  • Fork Lift trained/certified
  • Ability to function independently within a broad scope of guidelines and established policies and goals.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven ability to execute and delivery on commitments.

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $22.71-$39.18 hourly, plus bonus

In all instances, the salary paid will satisfy minimum salary laws.
