Position Summary:

The primary goal of the Senior Manager of Workplace Services is to develop and manage

sustainable and efficient workplace service programs that enhance a fluid workplace experience

and ensure efficient use of spaces.

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of services provided, per scope of work, including but not limited to break

room equipment and supplies, food services, janitorial services/green cleaning, solid

waste and recycling, and lab and office moves

  • Develop and manage workplace service programs and manage vendor services to

ensure workplace satisfaction with soft services at all levels in the organization

  • Develop and manage on-site food and beverage programs that highlight Neo culture

including café, breakroom coffee/teas, and grab-and-go kiosks

  • Develop and manage sustainable corporate green cleaning program for janitorial

services that support corporate health and environment focus

  • Develop and execute building inspections program that enhances properties and

workplace experiences including space audits and vendor performance reviews

  • Respond to space assignment requests and participate in ongoing space utilization and

space planning

  • Develop building and space utilization reports on a quarterly basis with space

requirements and headcount and update plans accordingly

  • Recommend, educate and enforce space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols and notify of internal customer-requested exceptions
  • Manage current CAD floor plans and keeper of floor plan archives
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Facilities
  • Some travel required

 

Experience, Education and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business Management, Hospitality, Architecture, Construction Management, Design,

or related field

  • 8 years of experience, including 5+ years’ experience in a corporate environment, 5+ years’

experience with work environments, services and workplace strategy, and 2+ years’ experience

in space/occupancy planning for laboratory environments at a strategic level

  • Customer service oriented
  • Implementation of lean process improvement initiatives
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite
  • Familiar with occupancy reporting and space inventory in systems such as Tango and

ServiceNOW WPE

  • Proficient in generating performance reporting and analytics

Pay Range (will vary based on location & experience) $108,000 - $186,300 annually, plus bonus

In all instances, the salary paid will satisfy minimum salary laws.
