Position Summary:

The Financial Analyst reports to the Manager, FP&A Manager and will perform scheduled and unscheduled tasks as assigned. The Clinical Financial Analyst is responsible for financial analytical support for all areas of Clinical Finance, Pricing, and Accounting. You will interpret and apply documentation and coding rules and regulations, and reimbursement methodologies

Core Responsibilities

  • Complete required applications and forms timely and accurately. Support with the development, implementation and maintenance of effective planning and analysis capabilities that will provide senior leadership with appropriate analytical tools to establish goals and measure performance of the Company’s portfolio of businesses.
  • Support business reviews of company consolidated financial and operational performance trends, historical and forecasted, using appropriate metrics. Suggest trends, resulting implications, key actions, and strategic implications.
  • Support with scenario modeling efforts for the development and growth of the portfolio.
  • Candidate to have basic CPT Code knowledge and excellent Excel and analytical skills.
  • Influence the accuracy and effectiveness of the corporate accounting consolidation and closing process and treasury operations through analytical review and trend analysis. Support with the development and execution of processes to allow for routine analytical reviews of company financial and operational performance, leveraging business unit analytical resources and tools.
  • Support annual operating plan, budget process, and strategic business planning for the company.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or business-related field from an accredited college or university is required
  • One (1) year demonstrated competency in knowledge, interpretation and application of documentation, CPT Codes and basic understanding of billing rules
