Description

  • Day-to-day management, including development of recommendations, execution details, budgets/accounting, and invoice reconciliation
  • Develop analyses that leads to optimization recommendations and new strategies
  • Constructively edit and review the writing of media documents (timelines, media focus, RFPs, plans, client memos, and correspondence) from within and outside the agency Work with senior management and autonomously to develop strategies and recommendations
  • Develops digital strategies and ensures best practices are in place and that opportunities are maximized
  • Provides accurate forecasts and projections
  • Plays an active role in the development of client strategy presentations and presenting to the client
  • Manages client communication on day to day activities and performance reporting of their accounts
  • Oversee and foster cross-agency relationships with account, production, and outside partners Perform as a leader with minimal supervision
  • Oversees platform maintenance and guides optimization recommendations made by Sr. Associates and Associates on the team.
  • Train, motivate, and develop Associates & Senior Associates, overseeing and QAing their progress on projects through completion
