Program Manager, Talent Development

The Role:

The Program Manager, Talent Development is a member of the Mindshare People Team who contributes to the success of L&D programming initiatives. The Program Manager supports professional learning and capability-building across Mindshare by developing and executing strategic training and development programs and initiatives. This program manager will report to the Group Director of Talent Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with L&D team, broader people team and agency stakeholders to gather input to build the roadmap for digital learning priorities
  • Manage data and use analytics & insights to drive learning outcomes and continuously improve solutions.
  • Conduct learning needs assessment in collaboration with the business to clearly understand and define the capability gaps
  • Define the most effective learning mix (i.e. instructor led, e-learning, blended learning, social learning) for the agreed target audience
  • Determine learning strategies and plans based on identified needs and gaps to achieve business strategy.
  • Build sponsorship for forthcoming L&D initiatives.
  • Measure and report impact of learning programs against set metrics.
  • Deliver or facilitate training content.
  • Provide coaching and training (Train the Trainer) for HR partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to help conduct and sustain necessary learning.
  • Support ongoing maintenance of the LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Utilize internal and external data to identify skill and talent/learning gaps

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of Learning and Development or Talent Management experience
  • Instructional design knowledge and experience applying instructional design techniques
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to keep stakeholders on deadline and on task
  • Effective data analysis and reporting skills
  • Passion for teaching and nurturing employee talent
