As Programmatic has evolved, it has moved from being considered a specialty service towards a fundamental aspect of our digital activation strategy. While our programmatic teams are a part of a broader programmatic community dedicated to shaping best practices, our individual trading teams work with their agency counterparts to create and execute campaigns that support our clients marketing objectives. As a Senior Associate, Programmatic, you will be responsible for the strategy and successful day to day execution of advertiser campaigns, acting as the primary point of contact between internal teams, agency planners, clients, and managed service partners, while also serving as a relationship builder across both internal and external teams. With your deep knowledge in programmatic media, you will take on an educator role within agency and client contacts, secure budgets and manage a book of business, and deliver against advertiser KPIs. As a leader, you will play a significant role in the training, mentoring, supporting, and coaching of coordinators and analysts.


  • Carry out the setup and launch of campaigns in the DSPs
  • Proactively optimize campaigns for maximum performance and delivery
  • Collaborate with various internal teams including Strategy, Ad Ops, Analytics, Partnerships, Technology, and Creative Services, to execute campaigns
  • Work closely with Ad Operations - inclusive but not limited to tagging, pixeling, creative mapping and viewability/verification
  • Oversee the execution of operational tasks including budget management, billing and campaign creative trafficking
  • Keep key stakeholders, including clients and account teams, updated on campaign and account level performance, via regular reporting and status meetings
  • Assist with campaign analytics, derive insights from data, and contribute strategic recommendations to improve campaign performance and pacing
  • Communicate thoroughly, respond rapidly, and escalate urgent matters to senior support


  • 3+ Years of relevant career experience, with 1+ years’ experience trading programmatic campaigns at an agency, DSP or Ad Network strongly preferred
  • Direct experience with DSPs, Ad Operations (tagging/pixeling) and viewability/verification
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to co-operate with colleagues and partners spanning across multiple disciplines
  • Comfortable managing high-level client meetings, walk through campaign wrap reports, and build firm relationships
  • Advanced Excel User (Pivot Tables, Joining Data Sets, Complex Formulas, etc.)
  • Experience with other database, visualization tools or coding languages is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising; OR equivalent professional work experience
