NEO is looking for a Director, Insights & Analytics who will work with a team of Analysts to support the media teams and clients in the intelligent use of data. The Director is responsible for advising their team and clients on all aspects of measurement, data, and analytics as it pertains to media. • Be the primary resource for clients’ media measurement and research needs; establish measurement plans and strategies in partnership with media planning teams
• Lead various analytics projects and deliverables, including reporting/dashboards, testing, advanced modeling & analysis, primary research, and media attribution
• Serve as a sounding board/expert on media strategy and channel planning, including media testing, media mix, target audience profiling, consumer insights, competitive understanding, and budget allocation, including integration of online and offline media
• Ensure quality and timeliness of analytics projects and deliverables, establishing best practices and processes for the team
• Data visualization and advanced reporting: lead the way in driving automated reporting deliverables using best-in-class data visualization software, guiding team to develop actionable data driven insights
• Manages and grows internal and external client relationships to help guide Analytics engagements, ensuring ideas and final deliverables ladder back to client strategies
• Pro-actively identify new opportunities and offers solutions to move forward
• Serve as thought leader internally and with clients writing POV’s on industry trends, new technologies in the analytics area
• Retains and nurtures talent by providing regular feedback and coaching to team members; realizes when the team needs improvements and acts accordingly

• 7+ years ample professional experience in an analytical role, with focus on media analytics
• Strong client-facing experience, presenting insights and ideas to senior/executive leadership
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing a team of analysts
• Experience with data manipulation and visualization tools including: Datorama, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, SPSS
• Experience with digital media platforms, including ad servers (Doubleclick) and web analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of media planning tools including MRI, NMI, Comscore, Ad Insights
• Knowledge and applied experience in integrated, multi-channel marketing/advertising campaign tactics – including off-line and online/digital channels. Demonstrated project and client management expertise
• Fluent in media measurement techniques for full funnel media campaigns
• Competency in analytics techniques such as: MMM, econometric modeling, segmentation, univariate & multivariate statistical analysis, various metrics and key performance indicators, research & test design, and significance testing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong presentation, deck-building, and writing skills

In New York City, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $115,000 to $230,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
